Looking for rpg game with those tags

Most RPG games are RPGMaker made, many don't even have animations, nor any interactivity (like the Isekai Awakening recommended in the post above), so they don't really work for me (not that they can't but most do this stuff in pretty rubbish way, only exception being Hazumi, but even that has many flaws, like for example lack of actual animations).

Hmmmm, you certainly have a high criteria, one that sadly is pretty rare since the kind of stuff you’re talking about is the kind of the thing that would require a whole game design team.

I do have some ideas though for what might scratch that itch.

Dungeon: Keep Her is a 3D Sandbox game where you can breed your minions. It doesn’t really have dating and can be a bit jank since you have to actually get rare consumable tomes to actually unlock sex positions for EACH minion, buuuut if you can get past that it might have something you’d like.

Isekai Awakening does seem like it might have what you’re looking for: animated sex scenes, relationship system, chance based impregnation. However, all the reviews say it’s grindy as hell, so you’ll definitely want to use cheats if you decide to give it a try.

Played the 1st one, not really what I look for, the games I list in my thread do all already "sratch the itch", but each only partially, looking for something more complete.

I've made the requirements more clear in main post and added example games that feature all those fetishes to give people better idea of what I'm looking for. The whole tag discussion has been removed, as were irrelevant suggestions that don't fit the criteria.

Mad Island is a game (2D) I found, it doesn't have many features related to pregnancy, but you've got optional non-consent and I think there is visual progression as well.
