I deleted the whole files and just back up my save file, then start again and insert back only the 1 save file.Then it works, looks like some file is corrupted.

Btw guys I dscovered how to transfer save file, all you need to do is go
C:\Users\PC\AppData\LocalLow\GameUncle\UncleNeighbor\FungusSaves

copy "save_data_20200718004908342"(example savefile name), to someone else folder. then ingame just Load this save file. Cheers

It's incomplete, empty and max 10 minutes gameplay.
I wouldn't be surprised if he never finished it, just like the first one.
