There will be a new feature introduced in V0.3. You can now play in story mode (or better known as Fap mode). This mode will start you off with full points and increase points to max at every new update. This way you wont have to worry about point distribution/figuring out the best combinations. (You will have to start a new game as old saves wont allow you to enable this mode).
I still strongly recommend playing the regular game mode as that's how the game was designed, but I do understand that some people just play for the fap... so, to you, the fapper... you're welcome

Sort of, you still need to do some tasks, but you don't have to worry about needing points to view dialogue or to unlock certain tasks.... It's more equivalent to a cheat mode where you just max all your stats but still need to run through the dungeons to get to the boss... if you get my drift.

Yeah it doesnt matter because your points get reset every new chapter to the max. Even if you had 5 points and were beginning chapter 2 the points would reset to 3.

Old saves are valid, unless you want to play in story mode, then you'd have to start a new game.

my save is busted for some reason even though i have the flashlight i cant search the living room and also hint says check tracy and julia but when i check their rooms neither are there

Yep, got it. Good to know. Probably not gonna use the feature, but it is nice for anyone who doesn't what to deal with "the grind", as it were.

You probably need an older save....

I like this game quite a bit. The plot is interesting and different than the usual game, altho a bit unbelievable at some points as another person pointed out. The renders are good, and the models are beautiful. Initially I thought the point system was going to make me crazy, but it actually made the game more fun - as I had to plan a little to decide which things to take. I look forward to more chapters.

On a different note, I would consider donating to your cause. Maybe look into TipJar or some other mechanism...

<rant>I have decided that Patreon can take a flying leap. The debacle with them kicking people who don't agree with them politically (e.g. Carl Benjamin aka Sargon of Akaad) really bugged me. Not to mention putting enormous pressure on creators to suppress content that they have decided is objectionable... IMHO art is art and porn is porn and people should just look away if they don't like it. </end rant>

I'm with you brother, not a fan either... and they're not a fan of my 'genre' wink wink... but right now it's my best solution. I will eventually leave them to a new system, probably one I will institute myself on my own website. Hopefully I can start a movement to join me.

Don't get me wrong mate, but who cares if a game is unbelievable? I mean look at 99% of the games here, there is nothing close to reality. Or do you think that everyone fucks his sisters and/or mom's and aunts or basically every woman he knows? Games are phantasy nothing more.

I'm a fan of believable story lines, but at some point, unless you make everyone psychopathic, you need to bend disbelief...plus yeah, there's plot holes, but are those the holes you should be concentrating on? *roll snare drum*

You should most definitely concentrate on the plot holes if they are tight and wet.

Sure believable stories are nice but you can't make it to realistic in a game because no one would want to play it then.
