Alice steals your potion once when her energy is around 25%. So rather than drinking a potion of HP. Drink a SP potion at this point.

Just burst her down before she steal it was my strategy. Just attacks should do the job.

For the blocked scene. Same problem as you. I have beaten Alice at least 8 or 10 times. But nothing happens ...

Alice give me her sword the first time that i beat her,the ez one that not stealt your potions or use potions.

If you have done these side missions, you can buy him tickets.
Once you have purchased these tickets, you talk to them and choose the "use ticket" option.
Finally, return to see Herba several times after sleeping.
Once in the day,
once in the afternoon
and once in the evening.

Yes, on version 0.5. Your 1st sword is bugged and makes you disappear. Do you lose on purpose. If you attack, use your special attack. You have to lose 2 times and follow the side quest that leads you to Herba's cave.
buy a new weapon. And equip yourself with this weapon.
