You're making some REALLY big assumptions with what the creator had in mind over what was effectively an early version with only 3 characters here pal. Thats why the game is no longer gonna be supported via Patreon and was moved to DLSite, cause he is adding a loli. And no, loli doesnt mean children specifically.
