It has been over 3 months since the dev's last post. Why isn't there an abandoned tag already?

I thought per F95 rules, games would get the abandoned tag after 3 months without any news from the devs, and this game dev's last post was on June 13.

I found this in a different thread about the abandoned tag:
"Technically the rules are:
-3 months of dev going radio silent about the game in every platform
-Or if the dev is still talking about it but goes on for 18 months without any update then abandoned also can get applied.
Both enable a game to be tagged as abandoned."

Well not really surprising since the last update was over a year ago and the last post on patreon was in june.
I really like the game, still have hope it would return.

It's probably not really abandoned. The updates have always been slow and the dev is not the most active dev on this forum.

Dev last seen Sep. 5. It's over, damn shame, I really liked all the characters in this one and thought the animations were good. I guess we'll never get a Jeni Sex scene.

Does anyone have any information about why game production was abandoned? It looks like a really good game and I'm sorry to see the project abandoned.
