I really like the idea of the game. Of course I don't know, where the journey will end, but having the game just in the house makes the grind very fast rather boring. Of course it is a good idea, to corupt the girl quite slowly. But why has that to happen just at home. You allready have the ring in the game. My advise, let it be more jewelry. Maybe some gemstone that were taken too and later put into some necklace. Create some location outside the house. The girl starts with a job. Let her keep that job. When you have gained some influence over her, let her find the necklace. The necklace allows the ghost some minor influence over the girl even outside the area of the house. So her corruption can be worked on, when she is at the office or whatever her job is. There it could be some minor influences that corrupt her further. Make her open the button of her blouse. Smile at her coworker and stuff like that. And some point you can allow (or force) her to get seduced. Long story short, the more places and more opportunities to corrupt her, the less the process of corruption will become boring.
