I am back working on the game and have an update for everyone.
There is a new task for Sarah and some additional random encounters for her.
Also, a big step forward for James.
Have made changes to the appearance of many parts of the game.

They are all good game design
Thing is whether they produce the game you want
If what you want is to go straight from fap material to fap material then probably not the best design
If what you are designing is a game with occasional fap material in - then potentially all very good design
If you want to just go from fap scenario to fap scenario there are thousands of games on this site which do that

Sitting back and looking at the premise of this story... The ring ends up in a cellar of an old house. Said house gets bulldozed. New house put on the same lot in what looks like a cookie cutter subdivision. So why in the hell would the old cellar be still there connected to the new house when the whole lot would have been probably re-terraformed with a grader and then a new foundation poured? It would have been better backstory to have the ring picked up by a scavver and then somehow transported to the cellar of what became a rental.
