Hey, there. I've finished the walkthrough with the rest of the information I had left for translating and a couple things I added, in case you want to update the link.
Changelog:
- List of every ending and their conditions to obtain.
- List of every Equipment that can be found on the Dungeon.
- List of every H-Scenes and their conditions.
- Battle H-Events enemies and their location.
- Explanation about how prison works.
- Further explanation about Stats, Titles and Skill Slots.
- Location of the Illusory Walls at Layer 1.
-Added missing Purification Artifacts.

How do I get Simon's ending? I've completed Simon's quest but he didn't show up at the Shrine Maiden village.

Same, finished Simon quest, crafted the perfect Fifth Element and all. But Simon did not show at the Shrine Maiden Village.
And Lewdness is at 0% with full Order.
Are we missing something??

You guys are not missing anything, the current version of dazed's 1.08 patch are just bugged. Try downloading the fix in Ungaa's post below.
