Still getting error when trying to rename Mauve and reset of the other characters names back to default

Doubtful, since the dev said there would be no developer incest although you can change the names. Not to mention a fixed script was released for the first version. So yes an error

Stupid question but did you try to load/continue with an save from version 0.1?
The dev implemented new variables, therefore old saves will mess up, there even is a screen that says so when you start the game.
The story is going to get weirder.
I'm still a noob dev and I'm still working on the lighting. I'm not always getting it right, as you saw. In fact I had to redo a good dozen or so renders in the last couple days because I hated the lighting. But I think I've turned the corner on the lighting and I think you'll see a significant improvement in the next update, if you stick around. Thank you for your thoughts! That's totally valid criticism that I need to work on.
