Yea, this first battle is glitched. Seems I'm not the only one, thought I didn't get any of those red lines. Clicking, double-clicking or random buttom presses didn't help :/

I'm working on the issue you are seeing, but it doesn't repro on my machine. It's slow going

I tried clicking there where you asked, but there is still no response/feedback.
I also tried messing around with the resolution (my native is 1600x900) and graphics setting (fastest to fantastic).
I have a GeForce RTX 2060, 8GB ram, Win 10 Pro. Drivers are up to date.
Edit: just tried the 0.1.19.1 version and it works fine.

I just want to say thank you so much for making this game. Ever since they stopped making the X-change series I have always looked for this kind of a game, but they aren't very common unless they are that bs html mash up of various porn clips. You're a god, keep up the good work!

Yep. The game will prompt you in the beginning to turn off combat. If you missed that, hit escape in town and you can toggle it off there as well.
