While I agree the process to change a lot of the game would be enormous; The games story, themes, and even porn would remain the same if Peter was aged up. I have played through the entirety of the original game and have played through most of Chillies mod and I can say for certain that just some minor tweaking to some elements of the story would keep most things intact.
