So I haven't been getting notifications for the thread so I just had to read through the last two pages to play catch-up. I'll answer some FAQs right now.

"Is the mod dead?" Yes, at least on my end. I am no longer creating any original content for the mod. If original content is made by me then it's likely something that is being reused from my game Cycle, like the Zatanna scene I mentioned in a previous post.

"Is the mod complete?" Yes, I have added all the endings from the official release thus meaning the mod and the story are officially completed.

"Is there going to be an update?/Are you adding new scenes?" As it's been said before within the thread, I will add any new scenes posted on the here into the game. Every 15 scenes will lead to a new mini-update, these don't necessarily have to be completely new scenes however, updated versions of old scenes count for that number. However, all I will be doing is adding them into the Test and Memory Rooms and not into normal gameplay. They will appear as options in said rooms that read "Scene (TEST/MEMORY ROOM ONLY!)" Heck, I'm trying to make it so that I'm not even going to have to make dialogue for them, I'm going to have to rely on the scene creators to do that. Of course, if a scene is being reused from Cycle then it would obviously have dialogue made by me.

"Any exceptions to the above?" Yes, if coding for it already exists in some form. Example: The official release had incomplete coding for a Sydney scene at Kimberly's house. Modders eventually made a scene for it and then I finished the coding and made dialogue for it so it can be viewed during proper gameplay. If someone makes scenes for the incomplete Mom stuff at the park then I'll add it into normal gameplay, if they do it for the incomplete cafe stuff then I'll do it as well, and so on and so forth. Go through the coding of the official release if you want to have an idea of what I would actually fully do.

"Does the mod have everything from the original game?" Yes, sans a few repeat scenes, meaning older scenes that are just in new locations. And, of course, I didn't add any of the incomplete coding in order to avoid potential bugs and glitches (at least I'm pretty sure I didn't, it has been awhile).

"What's different between the mod and the original game?" There's a bunch of Easter egg characters that show up with scenes. Most, but unfortunately not all, of them are characters that have had fan-art of them done by GlassFish, some are just straight up her own OCs. I'd tried to make it seem like the game was crossing over with her art portfolio. A good amount of them were suggestions from the thread, like having Vicky show up to babysit Peter if you forget to text someone.
There are two new fully original characters, them being Peter's grandmother and a school lunch lady named Pegah. Grandma is a completely original idea from the thread, while Pegah is based off an unused concept for an Arab MILF from the official game. There was another character in the works called Hitomi, based on the original game's unused concept for a former japanese pornstar, but that idea is dead however this explains why she still exists within the actor's database. The character of Ms. Taylor was also greatly expanded upon from what was originally accessible within the official release (so much so that King considers her an original character at this point, just make scenes for her you coward! Just playing, love you boo~). There's also Coach Mary, but she's incomplete...
There is a whole new Otherworld side quest made completely by me, with a bunch of monster girls that you can fuck. I did this as I felt that a game called "Urban Demons" needed some more demonic encounters! I gave the Otherworld a bunch more lore here, tried my best to expand on the game's story and all, remember this was done before Nergal came back with official release 0.9. None of this is canon to official releases of course. Nothing from the mod is in there, not even the sprites I made that were actually needed for the official release! I'm not salty about that, no, not at all...

"Why are files so small now?" Cloud has been compressing the images, it makes it easy for some people to be able to download the game off of MEGA.

"What about your game?" All discussions about that will now be addressed on this thread here: https://f95zone.to/threads/cycle-of-life-and-sex-v0-01b-discussion.64222/

"Do you have a Patreon?" Nope, I do not and will not make money off of this. This is Nergal's game, him and his crew deserve all the profits off from it. I don't have a Patreon for my game either. Pretty sure that site is cranking done on porn anyways, even though Cycle isn't shota.

"*Le Gasp* Cycle isn't shota?" Yes, but also no. It's alien/non-humanoid rules, Xander's (Cycle's MC) chronological and physical/mental ages are different. It's like how in Ben 10 with XLR8's species and how they become an adults after a few weeks. Xander is obviously much older than a few weeks tho.

I think that's everything. King and Cloud have been on the up and up when it's comes to answering the questions, thanks for that. And thanks to Haseo for that thread re-direct, I see you boss, I hope you've been doing well. I'm going to peace out again. If you want to see stuff from me then check out either Cycle's thread, my Tumblr, or my Twitter. I'm mainly doing sprite art and parallax maps right now, can't make a game without a good foundation after all. And thanks to these posts I will hopefully start getting notifications for this thread again.

The answer to that question is on the page you asked it on but whatever. Its stand alone with the final stuff added to it already minus some repeat scenes that just felt like padding and were unnecessary.

To those who are asking legit questions: The mod is dead. There wont be any real changes or big additions to it. I'm the only reason it's still getting updates because I'm making stuff for me and sharing it here which chilly adds to the mod because reasons. I have no interest in the content you are asking for. Thank you, and have a nice day/night.

The mod is focused in some path, like evil, or both have new stuff? Or is the same thing, just change dialog?

Just an expansion of content and a fleshed out Otherworld while holding onto the old style of the game. Expect the same story for the most part but some places have new things to discover.

I don't know if this was answered before, or maybe I'm an idiot without common sense, but what's the difference between the Game.exe and Urban Demons.exe? I saw in the installation instructions you can run either after you finish extracting, but I was wondering if there were minor differences in gameplay between them or something like that.

Game.exe is used for like when you're working on the game to check if things are working. Think of it like beta testing. Urban Demons uses some unique scripts that clash with the engine so you need to use urban demons.exe otherwise you play in extreme close-up mode. It's not recommended. We need game.exe to actually mod the game tho, thus why it's still there. Best just ignore it even exists tbh.

Thanks for the explanation!
