Hey, I'm glad you're still around - I took the last ~6 months off just to recharge my batteries. My own version is nowhere near what you've done with your mod, but the fact that you're still plugging away at it all is a HUGE motivator for people like me, but burnout is a real, and horrible, thing to come across.
The best remedy really is to take breaks now and then - just take some time off, go explore the world, make some more money, get a different job... I fractured my ankle during my time off, and I loved it. Sounds odd, I know, but it gave me perspective and new ideas and thoughts and plans... it's amazing what can happen in just six months.
And hey, even if all you do is just pop in once in a while to talk, it helps to know that people here and willing to keep supporting you. It's honestly what's got me back to modding; the people in my forum are fewer, but they're dedicated and are willing to put up with wait-times to see the outcomes. And, (if I can speak on behalf of most, if not all the people here) we're all happy to wait for you, too.

I'm not big into clopping, but for you, I'll make an exception. Now I just gotta find somebody willing to make the animations, I can create the scenes and dialogues easily enough.
5 questions is a good number to start with - I'd say go as high as 10 if they're short, easy questions; low as 3 if they're super-tough. If you're looking to ramp up, I'd try 7, as explained in the spoiler below.
On top of that, though, you'd need to create the questions... and that can be problematic, too. Anyway, that's my 2 cents on your quiz-thing. Now to go back and read up on what it is you're even making a quiz about. Guess I should've done that earlier...

The quiz is about game lore, should be easy if you read the text when playing the game, through I have plenty evidence to support the fact that people don't do that XD

I understand you perfectly that you want to take a break, after spending so much time on this mod it's only logical that you want some time away from it.
Especially because if everything went according to plan you update should have been on-line weeks ago with Nergal's update, so it makes sense that you are a little bit done with it all.
Are you going to take a break of the whole adult industry or move over to another game for some fresh fun ?.
As far for the questions....

Finished up the coding for the third boss room and did a bunch of coding for quiz room. I'm going to try and finish that room up today and start the fourth boss room aka the mummy one aka the final one. What do you guys suggest being the thing needed to defeat the mummy girl and go on?
Just as a reminder the first bosses (the hellhounds) were petted cause they were good pups, then the second boss (Bowsette) made you have to cross a certain bridge like in the fairy forest, and Neala had to fight the third boss (the deathclaw) in a rock-paper-scissors type deal.
The first puzzle room you have to escape the room from being chased, second one is a move a boulder puzzle, third is the quiz room, and the fourth would be a destroy the thing type puzzle.

What if you had to "buy" certain items (bandages, for example) with the pictures of the women you've taken? Otherwise they're just sitting in your inventory.
I'm thinking along the lines of Zelda: Majora's Mask at the end of the game - you have X number of pictures you need to have (say, 3) to buy the bandages, but the more you get, the slower the Mummy would move.
This would then lead into a "Destroy The Pillars" kind of thing (holding up the Underworld's castle...?) that would have the Mummy chasing you around like the demon during the orb-collection thing at the beginning of the game. You'd need to destroy 6-8 pillars using your powers, taking up to a certain length of time (say, 3 full seconds), during which the Mummy can chase and catch you, removing you from the area and needing to start over.
I really have no clue as to how you want to end the game, though, so... that's my best guess.

, well my native language is Spanish, so, I'm learning English and sometimes I need to translate some words (not entire phrase, because I modify the text so that it makes sense).And some cases I modify all text or create new :S.
I started to translate some csv, but sometimes I have encoding error (not for any char, but for var name "N<1>"), well, even some original text that has that variable, get me that error, so, I change the variable for my nick, and, goodbye character encoding problem xD...
By now, I started to translate the corruption mode (I prefer that than purity).

Oh, what about if you have the choice to give/take bandages from the Mummy in a Purity/Corruption style thing, that led you towards a series of fights with the various demons in the Underground? The Mummy would either:
A) Tell the other demons you were nice and the battles will be much easier (say, they attack for less damage or there are fewer fights in total), and at the end, the Mummy doesn't want to fight you and instead lets you pass freely into the last room,
or B) The demons know you're a jerk and the battles will be harder (attack harder, more fights), and at the end, the Mummy is a boss-battle that refuses to 'die' until you use your powers on it to force it into submission
