There's a walkthrough in the OP. You'll find it towards the bottom of the file. You need to travel south from the map with dizzy's bar and then go east and you'll find sonic. You then have to race sonic 30 times.

With no option but to exit the game afterwards.


EDIT: I fixed it on mine, the error is in amanda-bj.csv
On one of the lines you inserted N47 instead of Amanda as Amanda speaker and the game doesn't recognise it.

It should look like this <Amanda>[I didn't exactly have a choice there N<1>...]
