i noticed that when Im in certain places eg. park my character moves extremely slow. Is there any way to fix this?

Download and run RPGVXAce RTP? It's an installer for a prerequisite to play this. Not an exceedingly large program.

there's an error when I try to see pictures in the Gallery where the game crashes because "Mrs Jennings Pic 1" is Missing..
is there a quick fix hidden somewhere around here?

I Tried downloading the last patch but it seems that broke more than it fixed. a few maps are faster now though.

There is, but to activate it you gotta have Mom an Sidney at 5, and you don't get a indication in game how to do it. You start it by talking to Mom when shes in her bed at night, you got to keep talking to Mom at different times, then start talking to Sidney.

So, how is the newest patch, is it worth playing through the game again?

Just wait until 1.0 final build, right now the game has alot of missing images for scenes and dialogue.
