Update: I should have a lot more free time this weekend to play UxL and finish it and write down some notes.

I got work all this week so it's gonna be a massive pain...

I've always been up for the coding, the reason I had to drop Grandma was because of all the issues of making multiple versions of her which would lead to too much coding, along with trying to keep track of which files were edited due to the coding so I'll have to copy them, then place them in a separate folder, then go back to the game update the coding to reflect the different version (so doing coding changes a map file to be with old grandma, then I gotta copy it somewhere, then remake it for young grandma that doesn't even look like a grandma, copy and keep that in a separate folder, and then do it again for whatever she is for those that didn't want her to be a grandma period, but before changing it to a different version I gotta make sure I have all in order in the first version before going from old to young to whatever, keep the system, commonevents, actor, variables, switches, and all other files for each version once they are done, then go back through the folders with all the files, copying them into the game to check that everything works and you don't suddenly have old grandma on young one or vice versa or something like that, basically all the stuff that is in the data folder of the game gets update when coded and I got keep track of them and know what goes where for each version, do it for old freaky sexed up grandma, do it for old not-sexed up normal grandma, do it for freaky sexed up young doesn't even look like a granny grandma, young normal not-grandma, and for whatever she is for those that didn't want grandma to be a grandma period), along with animating and making dialogue for the scenes for all of yall to fap or finger too. And I was the only one doing the coding!

Sorry about using your post/quoting it for this rant, it was the best way for me to leeway it and release all my bottled up rage. Maybe now people will understand what had been going on in my head for each post I made.

it is super understandable the rage that you feel, I read each of the post within the pages that are currently in this post, and I take the attributions to say, that who does not like your work, who just do not download it, you do an incredible effort, and you're very good at what you do, for the rest, they do not have the right to criticize why you do not do what they want in their entirety, I encourage. I'm sure many will support you. :biggrin:

Thanks for that, it's nice to hear some more positive stuff for a change.

That being said (since I pretty much brought it up myself) I would like to work on grandma again, but only make one version, using the old busts that make her actually look like a grandma, simply visiting her and doing stuff around the house would give you points based on what you say while doing them, have her act like a granny and not have her be some over sexed kinky old lady but someone kind and caring that only starts doing the naughty stuff with Peter cause of like guilt, like one person suggested the first scene would happen after a certain amount of purity or corruption points, Grandma would say something along the lines of Peter going on to be a good husband cause of all the stuff he does, he'll mention never kissing anyone or whatever the first scene will be, then based on purity Grandma would offer to teach everything, or corruption she won't offer and then Peter would force her into it by making her feel guilty cause of all the stuff he does for her, then slowly as time goes on she will get more willing and sexy with each route like how all the other girls are. Basically if I'm gonna add a character that's suppose to be a grandma then she's gonna fucking act look and act like a goddamn grandma! I know it's a bit of a "my way or the highway" situation but when most of the work lays on you, I think putting your foot down from time to time is okay with such circumstances.

Yes. Do exactly what you want to do. Don't let yourself be influenced too much by other people and stop trying to satisfy everyone else. Make her how you envision her to be and only take ideas from others when you get stuck and don't know how to proceed. Anyone who is modding this game should just make stuff they would want and appeals to them. That's the only way you can get stuff done. If you try to satisfy everyone you'll get nowhere. So by all means go "my way or the highway" because that way we actually get new content. Which is all that matters. New stuff for this game.

That's to be expected after all based on the poll nergal did like 70% of the UD community hates his guts.

Which that's a lot,can't blame peoplefor not liking him, I for one don't like the idea either because to me it doesnt offer much to the game by adding him, other then to cater to the very small amount of people who have that fetish.

So best course of action is to just avoid him at all costs unless you guys want to plunge this thread in to a spam of hate from that 60-70% of the community just my 2 cents on the topic on fred.

I am completely against adding Fred. It just seems really weird and unnecessary, and it feels to me like any scene with him would just take away focus from Peter i.e. the player character. I know I can't speak for everyone when I say this, but having secondary male characters involved in sex scenes in games makes it feel like *your (the players)* spot as "alpha male" is if not usurped, at least challenged, and it's not a terribly good feeling when that happens.

I said right after the game got cancelled, but I seriously don't understand why people get so damn passionate about adding a single double penetration scene. It's literally not a big deal. I'm fine either way.

And also, if people think that the Grandma thing a few pages back was a big shit show they have a very high standard of civility. It was just a little spat, no biggie. I've seen worse arguments on Youtube over whether Portugal is a nice holiday destination or not.

At the end of the day it's just a porn video game. If there are anyone here with a right to be annoyed, it's the actual modders who put effort into it, and not the lurkers who just post to ask for updates. Especially now that there's no payments going on.
