So what's the "Family Video" quest for Sydney? "I just need to find the right spot to put [a video camera]", how do I even get a video camera?

From what I gathered, you have to download the VL Gothic font file and manually add it to the game's folder.
You must be registered to see the links
< download the font from here, if you don't want to search for it (first reply link)Create a folder called "Fonts" in Urban Demons main folder, right next to Audio, Data, Graphics, etc.
Then copy the font .tff file to the Fonts folder and try running the game again.
If that doesn't help, try (re)installing

It looks like there's a missing audio file now. Did you install the RPG VX Ace RTP?
It's probably that, because my Urban Demons doesn't have Cursor2 in the Audio/SE folder at all, so it must be an RTP thing.

Ver 11 and I still can't get the principal on the Donna route. Still buggy.

That file is part of the RTP. I just checked.
Check the changelog in the first post. It's a handful of new scenes.
Handful of new scenes and a handful of new bugs.
I would say, just wait for the bugfix version.

Rename file "grope (27).png" to "grope (27)", it’s located in "Urban Demons\Graphics\Scenes\Ms Amos\grope".
