Thats exactly why, people are only supporting him because they want Urban Demons and A Zombies Life finished, after AZL ended he dropped some patreons and now all people are waiting for is the 1.0 update from Urban Demons, he hasnt paused patreon or anything like that, he knows what people want he is just milking as much $$$ before he finishes his only game keeping his patreon active at the moment.

It's completely scummy, I agree, but I view this basically the same as Patreon "cosplay girls" (i.e. Delphine). Sure I'd like people to be smart with their money and not give it to people who do the bare minimum to "earn" that money. But at the end of the day I can't truly condemn them for having people willingly give them their money.
It's a bit different with these game patreons, though, but not much.

Who will take 1000-3000$ for ending of UD (+30% of story +70% of arts)? Why Chilly and team dropped it? They did it at bare entusiasm - and it was great.
I am getting an error of ow-lick-corrupt with Neela, getting another as well in her apartment, i have the files but dont know why they are fialing to load

Well if he finishes the game, most of the patrons will stop paying him since there's not much reason to keep the pledge going other than instant access to a new game that MIGHT come out one day. So he's basically trying to avoid completing the game to keep the patrons' $ around and milk'em as much and as long as possible.

someone should do a remake/reimagine/spiritual sucessor of this game. not a mod, an actual new fresh from scratch game. i have a feeling this one would get more updates, specially if the hipotetical other game had success. thats pretty much what happened with zombies life, sure there were "talks" of giving the game a proper ending, but the patch only came much after siren starting doing zombies retreat and that one having a bit of success.
Hopefully they do it with 3dcg. You think that we could convince Lewd Lab to do it?

Technally is not a third time, since that game came before this one. and i know the game was down there, i usually check stuff up before posting. my point was that zombies life was left somewhat incomplete, someone came along and made a similar game, by mystical arts zombies life got its end, maybe if in the current year someone makes, lets say a game called urban life demons, then this one might actually get a little more updates.
Games, plural. One of which was an unfinished remake, and this game is a remake of those, so another remake would be a third time.
Someone else doing it would also make it a third dev/author (not including mod versions based on this game).
Although it could be argued that this is already a remake of itself, with the changes from earlier versions that removed some things and changed others.
Doesn't invalidate my point.
I am curious about how/when Zombie's Retreat will actually tie-in to Town of Passion, but that's just something to wait & see on for now.
