There are a bunch of missing images. IIRC, you have to ignore them on the Windows version.

When you go into the game folder you should see three folders above the game application. The second folder is labeled help and contains the purity and corruption guides to all the characters.

You've too look in the downstairs bathroom to find key and then go upstairs bathroom for medical cabin to hide pills
