I just checked it. The DLC seems to be completed and I hope whoever is translating is currently working on finishing it up.

Second game, yes. But there's only a UI patch (action buttons) by the ulmf guy, included not pre-patched.

The patch doesn't seem to work. The extractor that it told me to download just spits out gibberish files and trying to patch them just resulted in one exe that auto-closes and another that launches the untranslated game.
Not sure why anyone would upload the unpatched, the patch and a patching guide anyway. Why not just prepatch it and upload that instead? Save yourself from having to type out a guide.
edit: It's already extracted, so trying to extract it again fails. There's also a set of junk files that need to be disregarded, but just ignoring the instructions and copy/pasting the data folder from the translation into the game-folder worked.
All that seems new in v2 is the costumes.
