nothing like that in the game, at least i have never encountered anything involving other men and i have played this one from the beginning, i also do remember something about a non canon side story like that but i never played any of them. There is though one scene with some harasment involved towards a specific li, its been a while so i don´t remember what exatly happend but it was nothing too serious and the mc was able too stop it very fast.

But using the search function her we find that some people say that there is ntr, sharing, cheating etc ...

well i can only say what is my experience and that is that this game is a full on harem with only one guy and thats the mc. I seriously doubt that short stories like that will ever be included in the main game it will not fit the tone of the story and i think thats why its made as a short story.

This doesn't help me. The game says to improve relationships with Irene and Minna, but i can't do anything with neither anymore. Both seem to be maxed out.

As I haven't played the game I can only go by what I read here and as the game also has the sex toys tag I say yes the is probably because of the use of Dildos because that counts for the site's definition of multiple penetration tag.
