nothing like that in the game, at least i have never encountered anything involving other men and i have played this one from the beginning, i also do remember something about a non canon side story like that but i never played any of them. There is though one scene with some harasment involved towards a specific li, its been a while so i don´t remember what exatly happend but it was nothing too serious and the mc was able too stop it very fast.
But using the search function her we find that some people say that there is ntr, sharing, cheating etc ...
