I'll leave my impression here. I loved the concept since the discussion thread and the writing in general is high quality. No Engrish and natural dialogues with some nice descriptive text.
Now the gameplay is in dire need of some tuning. I won't say my suggestions are the definite way to go, but just take it into consideration. The biggest problem to me is the combat mechanics. Rock paper scissors mechanic is pretty uninteresting by design because there are 2 ways it can be used, and they both kinda suck. You can give hints to what the enemy will do next turn, in which case the combat is deterministic. You can give no hints which tuns it into pure RNG. Granted, you found a different way in which there are no hints, but each enemy has a type of attack they prefer to use. It does lend itself to more interesting combat than the 2 other ways I mentioned before, but it still ended up being pretty much deterministic. You just find one attack that goes through, and just spam it until you win (you either hit or tie every time if you use the optimal attack). You could argue that the process of finding that optimal attack against a certain enemy is the interesting part of combat, but in the rollback age of porn gaming, I doubt anyone will play it out without scumming to find the right away.
You may then ask, what system even works with roll back? I won't say I am the authority on this, but I think combat without character building just amounts to a glorified mini game that people don't care about. Combat should pretty much go hand in hand with some RPG mechanics for building your character. Rock paper scissor mechanics are rather one dimensional too imo. I think the entire system could use an overhaul. Some western porn games with excellent combat systems that are actually fun to go through include Damsels and Dungeons, Void's Calling, Ataegina, Love of Magic. Hell, even BaDIK's rudimentary system has some form of char building and strategic combat. Maybe it's worth taking a look at these games for some inspiration?
Combat aside, I see some problems with the exploration. I doubt there is anybody who actually enjoys blind exploration. No one will bother with drawing a map or something as they explore the tiles. Mini map is an expected convenience in this day and age. If you want to be realistic, you can leave the mini map blank and fill it in as you explore, but a mini map is needed.
Finally, the kingdom management phase leaves a lot to be desired, but I think some of that is due to bugs and just being on first release of the game. First, I think you should call the phases Turns instead of Days. It kind of doesn't make sense for you to build a entire temple or train and recruit a bunch of soldiers in one day. In general, moving armies and taking actions that affect a nation will take more than a day to play out. A turn is ambiguous and we can leave it up to the player to determine how long that was. Secondly, I don't know if the troop/gold gains are RNG based, but it should be deterministic. It's not a great design to just pass turns endlessly and hope you gain some gold. This leads into some possible bugs. I had to spam force collect to gain some gold without passing 30 turns. I have no idea how it's intended to work, but I had 50+ troops stationed and the obedience never went up after the first couple times. Later on, I built a temple and saw the morale increasing steadily, but then I started getting alerts that morale was dropping and that I should build a temple. I already built one and you can't build another.
A minor issue I noticed is during the High Priestess dungeon sex. Every interaction leads to you going back to the starting position of standing in front of her. This kind of messes with the flow of a scene. You fuck her ass, stand in front her her, fuck her bussy, stand in front of her, choose to cum, pick where to cum... feels choppy. You could maybe look at City of Broken Dreamers sex scenes and try to follow that pattern. Basically the scenes tend to flow smoothy from one position to next and your choice to cum is determined by which position you used before cumming.
edit: One more minor grip... the facial expressions.... yea they are rather extreme and contorted most of the time. You know, instead of being angry, they make a caricature of that emotion with their expression. It's quite jarring and not very pleasing to look at sometimes.
