Generally no, and this is by design. However, in some Act 2s you get an option at the end of the quest to send the Wench to the Palace if she started in the dungeon.

The Walkthrough is in the Help section -> Google Docs. If memory serves me right, you'll almost never get locked out of content, with the only exception I remember is the Ziruan oasis in Marbia: if you abuse Alam with Domia, or get brutal with Domia in the vault or drug and abuse Fahda, you won't be able to seduce Fahda later.

I might change this behavior in the next game and add some more hard barnchs.

You could try using the URM tool to rename all occurrences of Saar or Hanoor within the game.
