Is this game hard or ultra grindy? I felt completely overwhelmed once I finished the intro and got to that map screen when it explained everything.

Don't overthink it. 90% of the problems can be solved by waiting till you have enough gold and using shadow institution. Just make sure to infiltrate each place before you invade

Ok, this was pretty good, I remember playing this a few years ago but now that it's almost over I started it again, took me a few hours to understand the gameplay since it has a soldiers limit that's annoying at first but once you understand that you need to move 10 of them to each city to reach 100 obedience it's a matter of time until you conquest everything, especially if you infiltrate and bribe some of them to lower the heat, pretty useful... you can always save-scum to avoid some RNG.
Anyway, great game, good scenes, liked the variety of LI, loved that twist about the queen, predictable because of the hints but the outcome is fantastic, can't wait to see the end.

Why is Manwad in the War Room acting like my most trusted ally and not in the dungeon with a huge belly???

Just go the VN route and you don't have to worry about some superficial management route in this game.

Hi, I see you've made improvements to the game and recommend playing it again. Honestly, it's an excellent game, and I congratulate you for that. However, I already finished Act 1 of the previous version, and I'm really too lazy to replay it because it takes so many hours, and I don't really have time to spare. My question is, when Act 2 comes out, will I be able to continue with the save from the version before this one, or will I have to play it again?

too bad this game went from releases with good amount of new content with each update to close to nothing new within a year now.
