I'd have to remake how dialog works from scratch in order to allow for gendered replacements, and then do the same for lessons which would really... realllly... muck about with lessons and girlpack creators.
Game was originally made for male power fantasy. Nothing I can do about that.
With that said, a sapphic variant of the game would not be unwelcome.

And yeah, it's basically the Nicole stuff and lessons. And I haven't ever touched the Nicole stuff since I took over, except to provide a way to open her all the way to the end and buff her so she's useful.

Once you get through the initial tutorial stuff, the only benefit of progressing with Nicole is to unlock all of her categories during the work nights. I think there might be a Nicole Aniston pack on Scutterhut that allows you to see that pornstar just as a normal girlpack without having to unlock everything by going on dates.
Incidentally, I might have said this before, but I really wish the default clips that play when you have nothing in a folder had a folder of their own, so players could swap them out or add to them just like any other girlpacks.

Hell, I'd even settle for an option to let players set one of the girls on your staff as the source for default clips, if that would be easier to code. I'd take pretty much anything over the drab, faceless clips we're stuck with.

Have you considered using a tooltip system for all those bits and bops of info that is floating around in this thread? I feel that many small things would solve themselves if you would equip most of the stats etc with a tooltip that would inform a bit about some of the stuff in-game.
I often read 'self explanatory' from other devs but feel there is no such thing once you just get a single question about something. Sure - a lot of stuff makes sense once one gets an explanation but I personally feel that there are loads of bits and pieces hidden around that are not really accessible for me as a player in-game without doing a lot of digging out of game. Like what the different buttons really do on a girl's profile page - fire is pretty obvious but retire, reset etc are not so clear at all. What does the golden star thingy do in the work area? Stuff like that is unnecessarily convoluted.
I really love the game in general but feel that every time I havnt played it for a bit I have to restart making notes myself about this stuff.
P.S. here is an example of something in the UI that should be an easy fix

Refonte de l'interface utilisateur du jeu du stand, pour augmenter les informations utiles tout en réduisant l'encombrement
Les listes de choses à ne pas faire pour les filles ont été remplacées par un élément visuel qui montre quels finisseurs la fille ne fera pas.
Au lieu de montrer quels niveaux d'actes sexuels spécifiques une fille ne pratiquera pas, un élément visuel a été ajouté pour montrer quelles compétences la fille ne réalisera pas, comme si une fille exécuterait une compétence dont les spécificités agissent au sein de ce niveau. ne fonctionnera pas n’affecte pas le gameplay.
L’affichage cabine/client a été supprimé.
Ces informations sont désormais entièrement visibles directement dans chaque stand, elles sont donc redondantes.
Un nouveau client signalera désormais quelles filles ont la capacité de base pour accomplir leur acte, comme si on avait cliqué sur elles.
Cliquer sur un client conserve toujours cette fonction.

Brats do not gain openness by normal means.
Instead, they gain openness when forced to work by a negotiator.
They also get permanent boosts to their stats when forced to work by a negotiator, and this can bring them above the normal cap for stats.

Costs of club upgrades have been reworked.
Money costs have been reduced, especially for lower level improvements.
Connection costs have been increased for high tier improvements.
Scramble mode costs have been reduced.

Alright. So a brief report on what i'm doing right now.
Currently I'm working on a test build. Included:
Swatting a few null pointer errors that don't seem to impact gameplay but may be responsible for other undocumented behaviors. You might not notice any gains here, but this is saving me hassle.
Adding in a few more toggles for exclusions besides footjob performances. Not a big add, but an add.
Discovered the source of why the last girl alphabetically is not populating in Scramble Mode. Turns out it's not an 'off by one error' in the traditional sense.
Most random functions generate a number between 0 (inclusive) and 1 (exclusive) and then you have to multiply by the range and add one to get a number between 1 and x.
Unity's inbuilt random function generates a number betwee x (inclusive) and y(inclusive) and you just use that. Me, being used to the default random function, didn't set this properly. This is now fixed.
Changed the 'WORK'/'REST' notifications in the work assignment menu to refect that it really means 'Assigned' and 'Unassigned'--this should change expectations, particularily about On-Floor Managers not 'resting' when they actually are.
Did a little change so that icons for traits are actually correct for Crown Jewels, Camgirls, etc.
I had gone down a rabbithole of feature adds that didn't work out, so I've started from scratch in bugtesting and my current goal is to do something small to improve things before I do something big.
