1. Good to know my thief/wizard/bard/monk/fighter/succubus play style would be safe.

2. What do you mean by that? Do you mean like story events are hidden behind working at the shop similar to the thief and the bread shop? Or that it'd be better for the player to go and work at shops instead of just punching stuff to level up? More claarifacation on this would be nice.

3. As it is now when you level up you get a point to add to any stat. If working give stats does that mean leveling up would also change to fit this so leveling up won't give stats or would it still give stats?

4. Makes sense. Combat would need to be reworked due to those changes too. Can't have something doubling 5 now doubling 100. Wait you've figured out how to round numbers in QGen? Please tell me. I couldn't find it on the wiki.

5. I have questions but they'll wait for now. No point asking soemthing if it's going to change right?

6. If you do decide to make a new combat mechanic I'd still like to look through it. No harm in viewing someone else work right? Even if the community votes against it.

6a. It's funny. One of the main things I actually was going to test in my quest area was a new test fight mechanic once I figure out one thing and after I was finished the lore part. The other main one was crime, I was going to test out a few things regarding that. I have a few other smaller ideas like enchanting, new inventory system, necromancy/puppetry (summons) just to name a few. Most of the major ones would require a rework (obviously) but in a enclosed enviroment it would be fine to test those out without breaking the game. If they broke there then they can't break the game. Also better yet if people didn't like it then it wouldn't matter it's a single quest.
2. Regular events will happen as normal. This is just to give players a reason to visit all the little side jobs and also power level specific stats. A few dozen hours worked at the Port Bar and the player is gonna be pretty swift since they gotta run around a lot.

3. It could give unassigned stat points which you can put anywhere. I could also just do away with leveling up entirely as that does nothing for the player themselves anymore.

4. Divide by 10 and let it ignore the partial numbers. Base stats, so around 10 in everything, means that you would technically have a 100 in Strength. Do some heavy lifting for the bakery and you get 110, and you now have an 11 in Strength.

5. Mining, Smithing, Flying, Harvesting, Sex, ect. All the little unnamed skills that I've added over time that were not originally planned. Maybe I'll even add in some languages so the PC can understand goblin or Kitsune.

6. Looking at other QSP games on here I don't see many that are trying what I'm trying.

Rubedo, Zireal and Power are some of the few actual fantasy ones with a full combat system.

Power's combat is what I would like to have, but it is so janky that I don't really want to try to make my own version. A general number for how far away is fine.

The concept of side content and quests that further reward and empower your character is a good one, I think. Maybe to a cap, depending on the content, but that's a balance thing.

This gives even more reason to explore and just do side quests and jobs, which often yield sexy time events, but this is extra (and welcome) incentive.

It could easily extend to stuff you do on the farm, or at other locations.

Such as:

Working on the farm, with or without your trusty gobs. The farm muscles are real.

Training with your waifus/ gobs / fam at said farm.

Working on as a lumberjack could also yield some sweet gains, but all that sweat and toil probably makes for some super randy coworkers.

, after uniting the Foxgods, working with the Kitsune / Avee / helping with their rituals in could be interesting. Basically being a part-time Shinto priestess.

Working as a deckhand on the Femme Fatalis, even if it's just traveling to the island. Yes, the Captain can do most of the things with her powers, but then the crew doesn't learn necessary skills either, which is pretty essential for a pirate / privateer ship.

Let's say the Sphinx creature encounter hypothetically is a thing: Answering the once a day riddle could be int or knowledge gain.

And of course, the obvious elephant cock in the room: Sex. There's no way getting plowed by Meat, or satisfying a threesome with wives and lovers handily, or Mariko, Avee, (or both) jumping your bones wouldn't be Endurance training. Maybe make those events hit a bit harder in regard to vigor cost /temporary loss so they are slightly less spammable, depending on the intensity.

Doing the deed kind of is the PC's bread and butter, after all.

...Although, with that logic, wouldn't a PC stuck in captivity eventually grow strong enough to solo the camp they are enslaved in, given enough time? ...Meh.

A further suggestion for those of us that enjoy hunting down lore or achievements: Make them worth a stat point on nabbing 'em as a reward. Stats are sexy. Shiny number go up.

Main points were that I was going to change combat a little bit.

So obviously I redid the pregnancy system to avoid doing that. What was 20+ variables is now about 7. There was a ton of random fractions as well. This is the start of race-specific pregnancy times. Humans and Elves will have the longest, with goblins the shortest. As of now the times are still what they were before.

I had my account locked by the mira hosting site and then timed out when I couldn't answer, which is the most answer of any I got.

I'm pretty sure that it's the bestiality that is keeping it from being hosted but I've gotten no direct answer.

Dunno if massive revisions is a thing; I just made suggestions and goodies to what you already had in place. Happy to help, though. Looking forward to checking what changed or was inspired.


Some skills were added and given use, such as harvesting and mining (10% of harvest skill as materials).


Skills like this are a curious thing. They have an intended use, but then the Artificer class core (engines, water wheel construction, etc.) skills seem almost required to explore further. As mentioned before, it almost seems like it's more interesting to shuffle them over to Dana, but then the class is stripped down.

...If anything, Artificer in many games tends to be a class that dabbles with magic and tech, and inventions galore. My hands are full with Monastery stuff, but maybe that's something that could be explored? Maybe the inventions are useful, but have a chance of failure?

When it's all said and done, you do have the totally not Cortana AI still with you, albiet 'somewhat' diminished. Maybe you can build them a chassis to be a unique combat satellite style combat assist for the class?

Some more cow stuff:

Getting milked and working there are both currently borked, as others have reported.

Regarding the actual scene, this stood out:

1.

"Healing folks out in the slum and everything. With your signature there`s no way they can deny those girls getting the help they need, and it frees up my storage. Win win, right?"
She produces a formal looking scroll from between her breasts with a grin, depositing both it and a large, fancy pen in your hands.

2.

"I suppose you`ll be wanting down. Let me get someone for you.", Annabelle says, snapping her fingers at a nearby worker who begins detaching you from the machinery.

She pulls your body forward, undoing your straps and harness as none of her assistants came to take you down.

Which is it? As it stands she lets you go, you fall, only to be handled and her say nobody is coming and get handsy.

The easiest fix is probably something like:

"I suppose you`ll be wanting down. Let me get someone for you.", Annabelle says, snapping her fingers, presumably to gain a workers' attention. She snaps them once more, only to hear a moo and giggle from somewhere in the back.

"You`ll want to flush the rest of that out of your system, these milkers are fantastic for that.", she explains as you are finally freed from the machine and are dropped unceremoniously onto the floor.

"Huh. Must be busy.", she mutters. "Guess that leaves me to handle things here." She reaches for your bindings, only for her gaze to drift to your (chest description here). Annabelle's breath grows ragged, her cheeks flushed, and smiles as her hands drift to your exposed flesh instead.

"Remember, failure to complete this quest means I turn in the paper you signed.", she says with a grin, so this quest doesn`t seem optional. (change it to so this request doesn't seem optional.)

4.

After which she immediately disappears, seemingly to depart to your farm regardless of you doing anything (such as 'finding Bess and reporting back), which probably isn't right.

The community center church is a bit broken, you can' leave unless you use the E.exit, and also, the assign pastor function is messed up, i got aspen to agree, but it only shows bede as an option, and when i click bede is assigned aspen and gave no option to leave.

I doubt that's intended either. I did previously patch it but it would appear it never made it through. QSP be like that.

The community center church is a bit broken, you can' leave unless you use the E.exit, and also, the assign pastor function is messed up, i got aspen to agree, but it only shows bede as an option, and when i click bede is assigned aspen and gave no option to leave.
I'm not meaning to sound rude but I'm aware that those are bugged. I'm not patching them because Snekk has that area under construction. I could fix them but what would be the point if it just gets undone or changed away. You know what I mean? I might have made it so you can leave the church though.




I may have solved all these problems (except the school). The QSP will be in my next post. Got to keep it looking fancy and all that.

This is an Unoffical Patch for 1.99.38. I've only corrected three issues. I'm also not posting a txt file simply because I don't plan to make too many more patches this version. I plan to continue with my quest. I will still list the issues and lines for Snekk convenience though.



Patch notes:

1. Fixed milk event

2. Fixed forest portal loop

3. Fixed Slum School exit not working





For Snekks convenience I'll post the location then line and the fix.

1. milkevents line 9. I really shouldn't need to point out the issue.

2. southforestportalevent line 392 ceruleansuccubi=3

3. moved slumschoolchurch line 25-29 to 30-33 and changed gt '$locP' to gt 'slumschool' because quick sloppy fix.

Feel free to ignore 3 if you plan to change the slum church up. I only moved it because the if after it was deleting the act. And the act was looping to the same location.

Not sounding rude at all to me, i was just trying to make sure it was known, so that snekk or anyone else working on the code can have some idea of what to look for and/or fix when working on it, and also to make sure it's not just me XD thanks though!

Major points being that the slums is being reworked. I did a lot of adjusting to the slums and school area.

There's also two new quests.

Hope you guys had a happy 4th if you celebrate that.

Also the "Check your pregnancy" button in the wolf's den does not show any text.
Fixed. I had a few things mislabeled.

I am still looking into the disappearing pregnancies, that doesn't make sense at the moment.
