I think this is the first time I saw the game pop up, but I see a lot of drama and remakes.
So I got the standard question for these games: is lesbian only path possible?

nothing change,just a little bar scene and what is it?the dream scenes?personally i'm against remakes cuz it ruins the game.but if it's almost takes a year,i'd expect some kind of dpc updates,not worth it i think.but hey,i'm just a pirate.just my 2 cents

It's been a while since I played (haven't played the new release yet), so please bear that in mind when I say "I don't think so."
When I played, there are some triggers in the choices, but actual girl-girl content hasn't really started yet (I can't actually remember if there is any content yet). The FMC has a boyfriend at the start of the game, and I think there's at least one scene with him that you might not be able to avoid. Other interests with progress are all male, although there are choices, and the changelog suggests that you should (now at least) be able to nope out of all of them.
I'll remember to come back and update this if my answer changes when I play the new release (unless someone corrects me before I get to it).

I didn't have high expectations for this new update, and it turns out I was correct—there's been very little change. You can barely make any decision for Victoria except now you are not force to be in a relationship with David but will ignore your rejection of Michael? Maybe?
I've turn down every single interaction with men that I could and did not see Michael in two days. I did not cheat.
My guess is that nobody actually playtest the game and/or this is the vestige of the last version where you where force to be with Michael?
An other oversight in the playtest maybe? When you are in the bathtub relaxing, Katy come over and ask to come in with you. You need 4 lesbian points but can only have 3 points a this stage in the game so you cannot accept. <- NVM

Keep in mind I play the game as a lesbian, I'm not fan of dick getting shove in my face. Giving more agency to the player is generally beneficial, particularly when it requires just a few lines of code, since those scenes have no real bearing on the story. Allowing the player the choice to follow Katy or not would be highly appreciated and would reduce some of the forced content.

Remind me which one Michael is? Is he the neighbour who Victoria is told is the ladies' man of the city? I remember I rejected him in my playthough and pretty much never saw him again, so didn't have him forced. Oh my god you play that game with good girl choices !! wow i don't think it's the best way to play it.
This is not really a multiple route game, if you want the best out of it you need to go full crazy.
It's not a lovey-dovey game, it's more Victoria discovering the greatest perversions in town!!
It's like going to a great restaurant and asking for a leaf of bread and a glass of water.
But well it's probably not for everyone i guess.

Well to be fair I played it as many different routes as I could to see what content there was so I have no set preference to one route but what I had mentioned was just a few things that I had picked up on during the good girl route , I agree with these games it's better to lean into it but I also get curious when a good girl / loyal route is offered if the Dev actually sticks to it or is it all talk

I just got back to this scene, and it's available for me.
