On mom I get "first talk to girl in bar" as task but nothing happens. After that I can not talk to the girl in the bar.
On Nicole I have "talk to Jaquline" but I have(on a date) and nothing happens and there is no other selection.
This is a new game that is started on 1.1 Any suggestions/ help would be appricated?

"first talk to girl in bar" - are you talking about waitress or woman that sit at bar (Caroline) ?

"talk to Jaquline" - 3 or 4 dates, last date should be about 10 or 11 pm (she will tell you when shop close or something), in this case you will invite her to your place, at morning go to the kitchen.
do not use any cheats except money.
a lot of scenes are dependent on exactly how much depravity\relationship points you have. You will miss 90% of content, and will receive a lot of errors, because you will miss changes in variables.

The only thing that I can think of that may be the trigger that you are looking for is to have a bottle of wine left, i bought three at the start of game so not sure, and to basically date her enough that her levels rise, i forget the value totals, then the last date of the evening you go back to mc place
