I think my stance on the issue of late updates has become somewhat more lax over time.
If I was one of his patreons, I'd either be furious, or much more likely, I would have stopped being a patreon more than a year ago.
I'm not though and with so many good games that update halfway regularly, I'll just simply wait until there's a new update for View of Family, because I still like the game a lot, bugs and all.

If it still gets released today or not all really depends on Marvels timezone...
But he did say "I think" so it could be today, tomorrow, day after ...
I don't mind personally so long as we get to see an update this week then all's good imo
