All the quests are done but after restarting the game multiple time and passing time the event triggered and i could finished the game. Don't know what was the problem but it's solved. Thanks to you.

There was a scene with a old lady and you can even bang her after that, that is extremely rare

Steam page says it's on EA plus it it says that you should expect more content if you beat the game but the main quests are pretty much complete as is.
