There was a scene with a old lady and you can even bang her after that, that is extremely rare

Steam page says it's on EA plus it it says that you should expect more content if you beat the game but the main quests are pretty much complete as is.

Well, it is strange. try to change sound drivers to different version. Sometimes it happens with both new ones and old ones.
