Gay would probably be ruled out, but there could still be Trans content. Not saying there will or should be. Just that it could be possible, in a game with a female protagonist.

As the developer said, they wanted feedback about the concept and direction. I think that was successful.

The graphic is gorgeous and the game very promising.
If you put in there some tattoo, piercings, unprotected sex and pregnancy then it will be perfect
Even with slow corruption we probably not talking about a process which will take years. Not sure about pregnancy in that perspective (and I freely admit its absolutely not my thing).
