And to stay in-topic, this was the first time, reading this as a kid, that I heard about "the world in white", into which Gally goes whenever she fights and nothing else in the world exists anymore. You can easily compare it with other "berserker" modes in various media. I hoped, with this, to show that Freydis was a battle junky

I've been working like a cyberpunk dev for since the start of January (no less than 150 renders done in January). Good news is, I finished today rendering what must be the most complex scene I planned for this release, and I now need to assemble all this shit together (renders, music, sound effect, variants, etc.)
After that, only Freydis' path "epilogue" is left to render (around 40 images). Then final checks on music, sound effects and variants for the whole release, beta testing for bugs and it'll be out!
I'm still aiming for the end of January, although I'll be busy tomorrow with real-life things (damn real life, always butting in!).
Also, with the amount of work I've finally pulled into it this time, I'm not gonna stop the patreon train this month. Choo-choo here comes the moo (lah)
Test version going to beta testers tomorrow. If all is good, I'm planning for a release Friday
ps. don't expect 8 months' worth of content. There are around 700 images and 2 000 lines, but that's poor metrics as there are several paths and all...

Well, simply do not expect so. To be frank (although that's not my name nor is it that good of a joke), this should have been done by the end of last summer, so it is really a 3 months' worth release. I've spent most of May, and a good part of July and August on this, then September, October, November and December just seemed to pass me by until I worked my ass off in January to compensate for the tardiness. This should not have happened, but as a wise man said: "life finds a way... to kick you in the balls".Wait, I'm confused. I thought you said don't expect eight months' worth of content...?
Well, the good news is: the beta version is currently uploading

I'm fairly confident that Friday shall mark the end of that wait.
I meant only that, given, shall we say current development trends, I think your three months' work would easily clear the bar for a lot of developers' eight months' work, so I don't think you'll have any trouble on that account
