I've noticed some content has what appears to be a blur effect.
How on earth does one get rid of this? Its very annoying on some content.

You can open up Scene Plugins and Disable Depth of View (i think it was that one)

Actually... I can provide some info i posted there.
If U replace his mocaps with these packages U will get an error from one other creator work, don't remember which was that.
U will need my repack of GM51 Elsa i posted on NoOC discord too.
All other dependiences are from original files minus req for each other.
