Body swap is shit and old, forget its existence it never worked particularly well anyhow and morphs mass manager is needlessly complex for the job... You want the morph merger plugin on the hub. You can then create a head and body morph of your models and dial in the head and body you wish

You can always go into the settings and do a hard reset, this allows you to dump some memory without having to shut it completely down. You can also go into the control tab of the character and use the option to unload inactive object, this will save a little memory.

I downloaded the model but the top is missing and the bottom is blank, just a full white texture without normal map, missing texture files i guess

what free programs you guys suggest for making/editing textures, tried my paint lastnight but its annoying and has to be played with too much just to get skin to line up or save @ the right size. (rather not do somthing like port into blender for whole skins but do makeups and outer decals)

Also you can use the Morph Merger plugin to merge all the morphs used in one model into one morph then separate body and head morph (very easy to do once you try) and THEN apply the head morph to the desired model (keep in mind that the unneeded active morphs need to be turned off on the model that you want to transfer the morph to so only the new head morph will be used).
I hope I didn`t layed out the idea too complicated)
