It's always (and still) works fine for me on Win10. What version of the software are you running?

I'm assuming you mean the old Virtual Sex series and not the 3DCG one from Thrixx?

at start it didn't do this but now when i start up the virtualfem I get the C:\WINDOWS\installer\3054952c.msi "wants permission to make changes on your computer" and after clicking NO a few times the game starts like normal should i allow it to run or continue going with NO ?
Also is there a gallery with pictures of the models I don't have space for all so i try making a selection and in mega there are only names or nicknames no pictures?

I think maybe you're trying to play a recent release with an older version, so if you click 'yes' the game could try to update and that would create a conflict, just in case backup the virtualfem.exe file.

You could try the Thrixx games, or the Paco's girls made for Virtualfem, I posted his Discord ID on the previous page.
