Eh, you may be right. Honestly, I'm not sure you can parody porn VNs without completely inverting the trope. They've already become parodies with the dead fathers, landladies, and complete absence of any other men. Unless it's an NTR game, then they suddenly become like China under the one-child policy.

I really like the game but to me it's a bit all over the place. I like the start with Mary and Yin. But in chapter 2 I am Igor? Why? Where did Mary and Yin go? Looks like two totally different games. Will the story with Mary and Lyn come back? What is Igor's relation to the MC? I guess we will find out in the next releases but I like the story with Mary and Yin way more, but that is just personal preference

Okay so parody =/= story all over the place without any structure or sense to it. Even the cheesy movies back in the day that made fun of the current bigshot movies had some sort of structure to them, like Scary Movie, that you were able to follow. Just because you drop a bunch of references on each other without them having any flow, it doesn't mean you created something funny or remotely working.

Then you don't play many of those you can find here?
There are dozens if not hundreds of games, were the father dies and then the son starts banging the whole family, or games where the dad shags it up with the daughters, so a game where the kid dies, the father is loving and not perverted, and the daughters stay virgin until marriage definitely could be a parody of many a Visual Novel.

I honestly did not expect to have to explain that joke to someone, since it's so glaringly obvious

If a review is written in such bad English, that you are just not sure if the reviewer can even judge whether the writing and the humour in a game are good or not, that is a problem.
