As of now karma has no functionality in the game. As far as I know, in later versions Karma will affect stuff like the ending you get and there will be different paths for different levels of karma.

Actually, I just checked really fast with the game and it choosing good karma options take basically almost every good scene away from the game. You lose quite a lot of potential goodies so it's not worth it to even go for it now. Guess the creator only made scenes for Bad Karma for now.
A lot of people need to chill, if you want to complain then become a patreon and harass him there. We (lurkers) aren't paying a dime, so just take a peek every day week or so and just download the other games here. Either that or go and live your lives, actually getting laid rather than harassing Lady of the Left and/or Mistress Right all the time.

I dont know... I for one welcome criticism. All the developers I support on patreon I have found through this website. People complaining about the pace/frequency of updates to me is a good thing because it makes me think twice about supporting them on patreon. I have seen far too many games where it starts off strong with nice and consistent updates but then the developer's enthusiasm just dies off.

Don't feel too pressured about the "gameplay aspect" Porn games in general don't require or in most cases "want" heavy gameplay the important thing is the art and story (or more accurately the context of the world and the player) the gameplay is mostly their to give a small challenge to make the fucking feel rewarding. It is important but circumstantial. I think the limited decision making you have now while needing some eventual updates is perfectly adequate for what the game is. At least that's my opinion.
