The dev of this game has a (well deserved) reputation for delaying his releases time and again, descoping content and generally delivering very little content considering the time between releases. You'll see what this is all about if you follow this thread for a few months.

I see. It's a big shame, but I think it's better than rushing the production. I wrote a detailed review, but it's no place for that, the conclusion I wanted to say is that the game is quite unique, one of not many with actual plot and character development, solid and animated scenes, it's all timetaking and requires a lot of work (especially all those references, I already didn't understand a few so I'd imagine the dev is also running out of ideas), I'm in no position to tell him to hurry, I'm just glad for whatever I recieve. EDIT: One more thing, strange one too. Do you happen to know the nationality of developer? A few phrases caught my eye, currently "I oto jest..." said by Kayane, that in polish means something like "here it is..." and it got me wondering. Made me chuckle, becouse it broke my hours long "thinking in english" or something and I got a bit confused.

Ehm...the plot is pretty much to use a magical aphrodisiac (made by a succubus) to make all the girls horny and fuck them. About the revenge there really is none so far.

I mean, if in what, 4 years, he only managed to get 0.09, how the heck is he planning to do all that? And well, as I said somewhere a bit earlier, some characters are relatively polished and some are shallow as fuck. EDIT: Oh and well, no offense, I just don't base my life around waiting for something anymore, I try to go with the flow a bit more, so even if the game is finished in a few years, I wouldn't mind. I have other "hobbies" and still some work to do, I prefer quality over quantity too, so in the end I want a solid porn game to play, not a regular supply of 3D sex scenes while plot goes nowhere.

Well, I'm Takamura's fanboy, so I'm probably biased. But even with this out of the way, Kayane seems interesting. The scene in showers was strange and hints me that she's not as slutty as she looks and well, after all she turned out to be really cunning, she has something more about herself other than being a thot, someone smart when everyone around is stupid and short-sighted. I do agree though that other girls are relatively shallow, Elizabeth pains me the most, she is shy, exhibicionist and...? Nothing. But the same can be said about Inori, Catherine, Rikuna and many more, one or two traits and that's it. Still, if Sheila didn't become horny and somehow your most loyal bitch after a couple of nighttime molestation sessions, she could have an interesting storyline with the Honeybee stuff. And well, even if I hate people like her, Asuka has also some depth. I'm actually unable to decide whether I should agree or disagree with her proposal of being a couple or something, I have no patience for entilted and attention seeking idiots, but she is kinda adorable and might be one of the most useful people, if you made her loyal somehow. Jira is also interesting, it's gonna be boring listening about her missions in Angola or whatever, but the "client that wants MC safe" intrigues me and I have high hopes for her overall, once more, she stands out. Rachel, well, obviously. And overall, you know, I've played a couple of games already (like 40? Maybe 50?) and many of them turned out to be too straightforward, you just exist and everyone wants to have sex with you, from your family members to schoolmates/friends from work ending on your teachers/celebrities (simple example, Sisterly Lust), while here it's all accompanied with some intrigue and higher objective. Well, and a ton of references I can understand and smile at, like honestly it's one of the things that keeps me going. Once more, I do agree that the perfume was kinda cheap, but I hope the plot reveals a bit more about it. I know it's not much and I'm not calling this game perfect, but it's better than most of what I encountered so far. Oh, one last thing, good MC. Simply, he's smart, not the smartest, but at least aware of the situation, makes it all a bit more believable. EDIT: Oh and I didn't stretch it enough, really, the father and nightmares are something, I'm curious when will it all lead to.

Probably. I'm not a 3D fan, in all honesty I hate the lack of hair animation in most cases, automatic turn off to put it bluntly. But well, I know a few games that are powerpoint presentations basically (few months ago, game called Shelter), so it's a nice change.

Yeah i'm not saying the game is bad, just the plot so far is not outstanding, maybe that will change if we go to the revenge part, so far the humor is probably the strongest part of the game.
Well to be fair the game is going on for 3 years, but in the last 2 years there were only 2 updates, theoretically there should also be a good/bad karma path...i agree with u i don't see this happening in 4 updates, if he doesn't rush the end and the karma paths burn down to only different endings.
But that's what he said and that he want to work on his ''new'' game waifu hunter.

Takamura is one of the best characters and has imo the best development.
Yeah Elizabeth was a huge disappointment, maybe she will be better in the next updates, but i doubt it.
Sheila is probably the most bland out of the girls...which i find sad, i liked her, but it seems the dev only wants her as the loyal bitch.

Sure Kayane is interesting, her character, her background and her connection with Motokos family, but she has barely any content, even non lewd.
The same goes for other characters like Motoko, Inori (others, which names i can't remember), also a point why i can only think that the story will be rushed, there are so many characters, which have barely any screentime or progress, i just don't see how he could make that in a satisfying way.

Excuse me, you seem to be knowledgable about the subject. I've only recently started playing, 10th june to be precise and enjoying this game a lot for now, but I've got a question. Could you tell me how often and how big updates are? I mean, looking at previous and current version it seems something around month, month and a half, right? And updates, you are saying about hours of content every year, but per update?

Supposedly the updates are 6 month apart of complete chapters.

The last update was 20min to an hour of content if you're a slow reader, and was delayed for a year.

By the time this last update was made, other games have released fully fleshed out games that beat this on both content and quality with a lot less followage to help them out.

The pattern so far is, less content every update with more delays every update.

If you dabble into the comments a bit you will notice there are very one sided critiques and praises, praise mostly from people discovering this for the first time.

So it has been another month if this game doesn't get it's update by the end of next week my doubts from the past 18 months will have been confirmed.

I can now safely say I do not feel any remorse to have stopped being a patreon and will proceed to upgrade tiers on someone reliable like

This game was last updated a year ago, then a year before that not sure how you got monthly out of it... in the first 1-2 years of development it was going fine its just the last few years have hit a dead end (and yes this game is years of work so you judge if the content suggests years) as of now the update we are waiting for (Again) was actually suppose to be a part of last months (year long wait) update but he in that "year" he only did 70% of the work and push the last 30% till last week (which he missed the deadline again after promising once again not to do so)

Delays do happen but he's using honey select so the excuses of" long rending time doesn't work (There is no rendering) its been proven the "poses" are just default ones or ones taking from someone else (so little work what so ever is required, Sure you could mention "programing" but rempy is very simple to the point its literally "Show this text with this img as background" if you read through the thread you can find all the info and etc

The only person who would know that is the dev himself. He probably intends on having lying to her lead to a bad ending and dating her lead to an Asuka only ending. If you tell her you wont date her but still get the sex scene it sounds like she'd be open to sharing you with the other girls. That being said, right now none of the choices you make in this game actually matter.

I think that just as hanabusa1991 said, I'm new to the game and I'm satisfied for now and got caught up in the mood, at the same, I still don't think complaning solves anything. It's a shame, as I had already similar experience with Milfy Town, I think you know what I'm talking about, but I'll live.

You know Raziel_8, it's also the fact that overall I'm rather creative and I'm continuing the story on my own in my own imagination, as there are a few unanswered questions I wonder about and thanks to that I might have overestimated the quality of the actual product.

One more thing, according to the first page of this thread, it was last updated on 2021-05-27 and that's what I saw dev's blog too, so could you enlighten me on that one too? For now something tells me that the update consisted of barerly any content and the actual "big" one was postponed and we are still waiting for it, right? EDIT: Okay I finished the game and understand now, I finished 0.09a part one and part two comes in a month or so.

Anyway, could you help me find the "Waifu hunter"? I don't see it on f95 and the only other thing I found is some steam game from 2018. If it's at least half as good as what I saw until now from Irphaseus, I might give it a try. Thanks in advance!

Irphaeus works on waifu hunter since late 2018, but there is no first release or demo as of now.
U could look at his patreon if there is any new information, but it's probably locked behind paywall.
There where some halloween renders released for patreons, but i think thats all there is at the moment.

I see. That's at least strange, I mean, given how he objectively speaking dissapointed Waifu Academy fans, I at least hoped he would show Waifu Hunter as an excuse that he really was busy. At the same, I have no right to question him what he was doing in his free time, I just can't understand his actions. Well, all I have left is to hope for the best. Thanks for the information!

Lets give credit where credit is due please, not dismiss all the work put in as if it's something so routine. I mean, who knows what will happen by mid-July. Maybe he'll experiment with his own cum perfume and get an eye infection on July 14th? Or maybe he'll accidentally leave the window open on July 12th and a giant pelican will gobble up his entire workstation, leaving just a single crayon to rewrite the entire game with?

Well, I kinda have the same view point, the game is enjoyable and he could take the time he wants to make it.. if he didn't advertise and set deadline for himself before failing to meet them and throwing "false excuse" when he do so.
I mean, there's several patreons goal attained about faster release, he always promise deadline without meeting them, and keep "Lying" about why..
I COULD (Well, I would be really reluctant to..) believe that he had a hard time thinking about the story, maybe tweaking Honey Select settings to have a better image quality, or even creating the scene where the story take place (I'm not really sure if he's making them or taking them from others, but I at least hope he did make them, and the characters too), but why wouldn't he says so from the beginning? I don't understand ^^

That would made the 100% of 0.9 part 1. Right? 0.9 was intended to be divided in two parts... When the first part was close to the year mark dev realesed 70% of part 1.

no 70% of the total update part 2 is just the last 30% it got split in 2 because he couldn't finish it all apparently
