It's not abandoned so I'm good with the delay. I would love a monthly update for each of the games I follow that takes hours to play through but that is not realistic. More content means more time so its always a trade off. I'm also fine when devs need to spend time on an actual life. If the dev gets burned out, the game stops development and there are plenty of games where that has happened.
