Of Course all developers work on the models ( face and body ) but the source is based on Honey Select for many games ( i think that only in this site you can find hundred of titles ). Naturally they try to make their renders more original than possible , if not they will be only clones games with same characters ...
But with Mithyc Manor i cannot agree with you , some models are original , but with many similarity with Waifu ; if you want to see some other game in Honey Select style , i give you some other titles Dark Magic , Depravity , Ecchi Sensei ,Fallen Doll , Corruption , try to give them a look ...

At this point it's a lot? I'd have to take a look at where I saved but I don't want to at the moment.

Also, yes, there is rape, but it's optional in that if you do it you could die afterwards. The only real option (and the one the dev intends until the negative karma route opens up) is to NOT let it happen.

There's also the whole taking advantage of Sheila while she sleeps too.
Not to mention drugging Yuna to have sex with her as well.
As well as the scene of her previous group members going trou the same with a bunch of randos.
And let's not forget Asuka's plotline which is pretty much blackmail sex.

These girls may have ended up liking it, but their first encounters could be classified as rape as well.
