I think the problem is that the game STARTED with girls getting fucked by others based on the choice of the mc. I think a few years ago when the game was in it's early instance, the red-haired nerd girl got fucked by a DOG based on one choice (which got removed, because patreon, sadly), then there was one with her getting gangraped on a train, which is now on a path you can't select to continue.
There is quite a lot of NTR-bait, even before these updates, for example im making Sheila work at a place that is literally about sexualising oneself and him literally goading her to sexualize herself to get that job (competing with other girls who is the sluttiest), multiple girls being groped, girls being close to getting fucked etc, yet nothing has REALLY happened yet.
Girls having sex with others (not NTR! based on mc's choice) was quite abundant in the early version, but that content never really got updated. Over the years we got multiple scenes that were quite "ntr" in context, like for example a girl getting groped against her will, not planned by the MC but that gets stopped by the mc.
Funnily enough sex with others, ntr, etc WILL become part of the game eventually, as stated by the author, it's just really strange that the Dev just didn't do it for YEARS.
He bascially created more and more "every girl is just for the MC" scenes and never continued the "girl gets gangraped by thugs on train/gets fucked by dog" routes and never gave the choice for something like that again.
TLDR: This was always part of the game, just never got continued, dude is actually written to not give a fuck if girls get raped and fucked by others in some paths
edit: but yeah its strange why we cant really decide rn, mabye the choice will come later?

You explained it yourself that mc had no option but to accept Faris's deal otherwise Sheila would lose her job.
You say karma is there but the main premise of the game is taking revenge on people who wronged his dad. Even on the most positive karma route the mc wouldn't be no saint. Heck, even in his past (ig you haven't played that far so wouldn't spoil much) we could already see what kind of guy mc is and he ain't no saint.

Well , he did but Rachel delete or block the camera feed so nobody know that...and considering that Zaibatsu is a large corp with both legal and Illegal businesses anyone could have gone in ,should have at least spec ops training....
I can't say it's perfectly accurate, since this shit has been dragging on for so many years, but the last beach has sex with Yukiko, Motoko's younger sister, and during it you can cum in her and choose to say "Yukiko is so damn prolific today" or something like that.
But I'm afraid this type of content is so far off in the future that many people here would be more likely to get pregnant in real life than in the game.

But in the realities of this game, gg doesn't have any personally "regular" girlfriend. So it would either look like the protagonist as a punishment or for his own amusement lets someone fuck some girl (on the way to subdue Asuka, the protagonist says that if he tells her to spread her legs, she should do it and let herself be fucked by anyone, even Otaku), or someone uses a drug or something on some girl and fucks her, (like Farris and Inori).
I don't think any of the girls will cheat on the protagonist on purpose, as happens in typical NTR games. It's just not acceptable in this game

Well , the whole pregnancy thing depends on how or If the dev wants to exclude some of the girls MC had sex with , because he had sex with Sheila first and cum in her too, also he fucked Inori's mom and she even joke about being pregnant at the bathhouse, then there is Rachel , the professor of Art club (forgot her name right now) then there is Asuka , Yoko and Kaori..I would add Haruka too but considering where she works at I doubt she does not know about protective sex...

Yes, the main character has fucked many girls and cum in them. But if memory serves me correctly, it's only at the Yukiko moment that the game code has a pregnancy flag parameter. It's the only time the game gives you the choice of either it's a safe day with Yukiko or it's a dangerous day. It never happened with the other girls.

Well, I don't have access to the game code so I can't see about the pregnancy flag parameter ,also personally i don't like Yukiko at that level so no sex in any of my playthroughs happened...and even Yoko implied that she could get pregnant after MC had sex/rape her in her apartment....Point is only the Dev know how he wants his story to continue...
Yes, it's true, a lot depends on the developer, but unfortunately he's a super lazy arsehole who mostly milks his audience's money instead of a normal and honest pace of development.
And pregnancy is content predominantly end game content, but that's an end we'll never see. So for fans of this tag, I would advise against hoping too much for pregnancy manifestations in this game. You'd better hope that scientists will invent the serum of eternal life and that you and the author will get that serum, and the game will at least have a chance to be completely finished.
