Won't say we're gonna charge extra just to access that kind of content, but I don't want people who consider donating paying for things they don't like or even hate, so I'd have those themes separated.
Definitely ignore those complainers about NTR. Imo all the fetishes should be in one game, one download but have clear choices and warnings for those who want to avoid it. That way people who don't want to see that content will never have to, but people that do will be happy for it to be included. People like that clown saying it shouldn't be in the game at all is just wrong, if they don't want to play because of some avoidable content then that's on them. Having a lot of fetishes with popular Waifus like Zelda will definitely bring in the crowds once this game gets some content!
Although it's nice to see as much content as possible in one game, I find it hard to implement organically into the story. Another problem here is you'll need multiple runs/saves to see all the content. I'd keep it as plain as possible for now, and creating another "DLC builds" solves problems below. It is like a side quest that has no affect on the main story.
personally i feel this method is sloppy add the fetishes as you go along and focus more on your vision than catering to everyone

Making a game called waifu outbreak then adding ntr is the most ridiculous thing. You're clearly going for certain audience that is going to hate ntr and not want it in the game even optionally. You're only hurting yourself by doing this. Devs need to stop trying to cater to groups that clearly oppose each other when its going to just piss off both groups. Because both sides hate each others content and are going to be annoyed that you're wasting time on something unrelated to their own. It also completely is against the entire thing you're going for with the name of this game in the first place. You've also just admitted that you don't like this content, so why would you add it? If you don't understand the appeal of something, you're not going to make good porn of it in the first place.
Dude, just make the game YOU want to make. Don't try to take on too much. Just add the stuff you like. Think about separate builds after you finish the game.
