Really? 15-20 out of 65-70 engines? That's quite a regular occurrence, actually. Looks veeeery false-positiveish, as a matter of fact. But mileages may vary.
I already used game_en.exe, i re-copied it like 3 times, and it still showing japanese. i'd give up and play on my pc while defender is off and offline from internet.
btw here's full save. man, i saved it like 13 times when the game progressed. just copy and paste it, and you can see the scene in new game at camera.

Sorry didn't had one. Just use the "cheat-tool" option to jump to the next actions, go to cheat and click "trigger on/active" and it doesn't matters what you do, the game will progress further. Still not a good "game"...
And here are my save-games, the first ones are without cheat, the lower ones are with cheat.

And exactly this is the reason this game sucks...after around 5-6 tries I said fuck it (again) and just go full cheat.
this is the worst fucking game i've ever played,not only the gameplay itself is shit, the SFX is so damn loud , that it caught me off guard , holy shit it's a porn game, what's with the loud ass sound assets volume.

After that game I have figured out that I'm ok with NTR genre if it is not about going by location and then looking backward in your dream what happened with GF. When it is open kinky of MC, I'm good or game likes NTRAholic, NTR Massage Prior, NTR Dodjo, etc where you are the NTR Guy.

The translation is free on dlsite download from there. Virus total will say is a virus anyway, i think is something they use for the translation exe that give false positive
