is there any guide? how to unlock the scene with the fat kid in the mansion?

This can be done either you succeed or fail the first time in the quest. You must have unlocked Harapania as a location for starters. When you follow along with the fat kid under the mansion, you must let the lizards perform cunnilingus on Kirstin five or more times. The fat noble will have a different speech when this occurs. Then when your about to leave the dungeon, the scene activates.

That scene seems to be bugged in the 1.08 mtl, the lizard will not use any sexual attacks, only spamming fire & normal attacks.

You can only get to it through the teleport item. I think it get's unlocked at the end of the game.

Then lose on purpose, duh.

Most random mobs don't rape you, they just kill you. There's a guaranteed rape from the bandits however if you lose to them.

Fight with the lizard let them lick her p*ssy when the kid say enough then come out the dungeon

...but they dont.

They only do a mix of attacking and fireballs.
