LOL. Even the developer said himself that he didn't intend for the game to delve into "SRS BUSINESS". He really wanted to make a pervy game. The developer has a habit of really making depressing endings to his games, if you got the bad end. He promised to lighten up the mood, for his future titles.

It's the one where you get to "self-insert" as the shy customer for prostitution when Kirsten fails to pay/refuses to pay for the coins in the casino. It's a self-insert in the sense that you get to input how Kirsten refers to you during those scenes and how she refers to your 'equipment' as it were. It can be a bit tedious to complete the entire 'storyline' since it does require you to make repeat offences at the casino, so you can always just access it from the recollection room after the first one and replay them from there beginning from the first scene.
If memory serves right, fatty mcfuckface is the one who initializes the blowjob scene, aside from that I do not think there is a battle fuck animation initialized by the other two.
How many side characters are there to recruit? does anything happen after you get 100% of the possible babies? Finish all the side quests?
There is an item that should appear in the Key Item section of your inventory, it let's you choose/swap/disband your party.

there's also a few shortcuts for key items, I think P is for party, O is for the teleport screen, L to trigger enemies to fight and M to change movement speed. It is also shown in your inventory

I was initially turned away by this because it was pregnancy/birthing based (also had a terrible MTL) but now that its got an actual translation and the character is my type I figured i'd give it a try. I tried for a virgin run (didnt get there in the end) and there is a quality game here, got like 10 hours and still have post game stuff to do. This is one of the games where you can go full slut if you want to or just be a badass "War Demon" as she's called and kick everythings ass. I like the character progression system where you can sort of make builds like if you wanted to go pure gun build, slash build, punch build, raw stats build, or even supporting the other party members with buffs build. Recommend!

The sex scenes can happen during the battles, after losing or just by interacting with npcs.
These mobs are those who will have rape her during the battles or after losing them:
1)Bandits(Thief Hideout).
2) Amorphous organism(merewah canyon)
3)Black Widow(the H event will not happen if she is pregnant)(Forest Sea of Despair)

So is this just one of those games where you either get battle defeat rape scenes or mission failed scenes? Are there no regular npcs we can fuck with willingly and as often as we like? Man I hate when we get limited like that.

No, there are narrative scenes, battle fuck scenes with monsters, and battle fuck scenes with allies. Most of the narrative scenes have escalation as she gets more lewd.

Hm alright. I still think it sucks how japanese devs still use the old trope of 'getting defeated in battle leads to sex scene'. Sex should be a reward and not a punishment for losing on purpose.
There are scenes that don't actually involve losing to see like the one in the mansion, the ones in the outdoor slums and the one in the rich town.
