The new hotfix (#3) fixes it. Wasn't working for me either until that hotfix. Get that, then ask Fina if she needs help.

No - most of the NPCs happily take part in consensual open relationships
MC can have sex with most of them and lots of them have sex with each other
regarding walkthrough - open world with some events triggered (at least in part) by RNG - so a definitive walkthrough is difficult
