Well this game is broken. Slimes and faries don't give any xp, and a single goblin solo'd me, so I can't farm the levels needed to take on the busty slime (that supremely defeats me with her 140ish damage attacks while I try to fire arrows)
Couldn't find a place to buy weapons or armor in the town, either, so gearing up is impossible. If there's something else I'm supposed to be doing, it's not evident in the slightest.

Guess this game really is best experienced by just looking at the art online

You have to read the book in Krowly's room.

I might be stupid but is there a way to just... pass time?
Krowly can meditate.
Get a meal in the tavern.

Well this game is broken.
Game's working fine.

Slimes and faries don't give any xp
By design.
Krowly doesn't get xp from combat encounters, so there's no grinding mobs for xp.

It's covered in the intro... Surely you read it, right?

Couldn't find a place to buy weapons or armor in the town, either, so gearing up is impossible.
Krowly's not a fighter or an adventurer.
He's a farmer and alchemist... Who does a bit of "warlocking" on the side, which includes his main offensive capabilities of magic.
His "weapons" are gardening/farming tools and he doesn't wear armour.

If there's something else I'm supposed to be doing, it's not evident in the slightest.
Forget my earlier question, you clearly didn't read the intro.

Guess this game really is best experienced by just looking at the art online
Nah, it's best experienced by actually reading things.

If you're gonna be a jackass and not provide any help, just don't reply.
Why the fuck would I read an into that downplays its own importance as it gives the option to skip it?
Ok. To be a little more gentle then he was. Basically, you gain xp by either read the book in Krowly's room or going Eric in the afternoon on adventures.

Also, as for skipping the intro. Eh, most games do cover special systems information in their intros but a lot offer to skip. Like 90% of html games offer it with even some like "the company" saying it's not recommended for new players. The skip button is probably meant more people just want learn along the way or people who've played the game. Like I lost my original save, so I hoped in and skipped like 90% of the game because I had already seen it

It has never occurred to you that that option is there for those people who have actually read it the first time and don't want to read it again if they start the game anew ?
Also, there's a walkthrough posted on the OP.

I did help you. I answered your question about passing time, by providing you two different options to do so.
Then I pointed out the things you were wrong about in your second (and highly whiney) post, and why they were wrong... All of it coming down to it being your own fault.

Why the fuck would I read an into that downplays its own importance as it gives the option to skip it?
Because the rational thing to do with an intro the first time you're seeing it, skippable or not, is to actually watch/read it for relevant information regarding plot/characters/setting and in this case important information regarding gameplay mechanics.

Ok. To be a little more gentle then he was.
If I had been any gentler, I'd have been buying him dinner then using lube on him back at the hotel room.

You know, funny enough, that kind of troubles is common with this project. As far as I rtemember, there was quite a few messages like that. And some people heve tried to convey that problems to dev. And it IS a problem. If you need to read a several pages of text to understand how to play a game, ESPESIALLY porn game - it is called shit. And it is quite obvious. It is just nobody in devteam gives a fuck.

There is ancient tomes of forgotten knowledge - and some of them describe a special technique. It is called "tutorial". But sadly, that old knowledge is mostly ignored today, so modern creators prefer to do lame errors and stupid things.

It's not all that common here at least. Can't speak for people on Patreon/Subscribestar/Itch.

That logic doesn't work. The problem still lies with the player, not the dev.

People have been having to read game manuals and in-game tutorials for decades with non-porn games. People who don't and then complain about not knowing how to do things in the game all get told the same kind of thing as I and a few others have told to that guy and others in this thread. So no, the problem is not Boobsgames' fault.

The people playing these games are supposed to be adults with functioning brains and enough common sense to have survived into adulthood in the first place, yet they still go ahead and do something so stupid because they're too lazy to spend a few short minutes reading.

There is ancient tomes of forgotten knowledge - and some of them describe a special technique. It is called "tutorial". But sadly, that old knowledge is mostly ignored today, so modern creators prefer to do lame errors and stupid things.
You mean the the kind of tutorials that they have to read and pay attention to in order to understand how the game works, but still there are too many who skip through them without reading on their first time playing and complain about things that they skipped over?

Oh no, it's almost like they were too lazy to bother themselves to read the important information and just get straight to the fapping. Just like someone did recently in this thread... I'm shocked, I tell you. Shocked.

You might be right but from what I read he still didn't understand what to do and also I'd rather not see people be pushed away from this project because a lack of understanding. I also, try to give people the benefit of the doubt (because I'm an asshole under normal circumstances let alone when I drop being nice)

He didn't understand, because he's too impatient and lazy.
He didn't even respond to the first reply that was making a joke, just straight to the one that both gave answers to his question and a suitable response to his behaviour in his second post.

Hiding behind the "fear" of "pushing people away" due to something that's a predictable result of their own attitude does neither them or this game any favours. If someone behaves like an entitled brat, then they deserve to be treated as such.

I also, try to give people the benefit of the doubt (because I'm an asshole under normal circumstances let alone when I drop being nice)
Not everyone deserves being given the benefit of the doubt. Particularly when their second post in a thread is nothing but trashing the game and dev for something that's entirely their own fault.
At no point does that kind of spoiled brat behaviour ever deserve the benefit of the doubt. What it does deserve, is a metaphorical kick up the backside.

This game so f**king bad, art is good but the quest too hard.. no one clue where is the objective.. like mc have quest to search sheep, someone missing and repair 2nd floor mc house, i cant find anywhere.. some rpg have statue when u interact will heal your hp, but no with this game.. need to sleep to regain full hp.. when lose hp will drop to 1, that make more difficult.. nees to more add some clue and progress with the quest thing..

I disagree. All clues are in the game, but you have to pay close attention to dialogues. (For the sheep, you have to look around on the map). If you miss a clue, consult the walkthrough.
Yes, you can lose all HP, but that does not lead to a game-over, so you can rethink your tactics and try again the next day. There's no time limit. (or reload a save). And there are several "statues" in the game that can restore your health and mana, but they're not on your doorstep.

Man, this last few pages are really something. It's like some people never played or heard of rpg games. The first thing you should do is read and interact with everything. Why are you here if you don't like rpg games, just search for a walkthrough or use full save or cg rip. It must be so hard to use 1 minute of your life to read the intro.

Must be a new cycle of people seeing boobs in the title and thinking it's a fap simulator.
It's a game, has game elements which should be obvious from the beginning, but, you know, boobs.
