Outside of fina house on the top left...press to enter another cheat room...inside the cheat room there is also a earth pile on the right, if you press it you will randomly find objects that you might find in huts (lingerie included)
you can watch several futa npcs getting action and you can turn yourself into a futa with items

oh thanks. so you DO have to unlock the option to be a futa protag. with items.... on that case, how does one obtain such item(s)?
Eeeh, depending on your defenition of futa this might not be what you're looking for. At some point in the story the mayor disappears and in order to find her you need to craft a boobs potion that inflates the MC chest. After you finish the quest you can decide to keep them or reduce them with another potion, but that's it, there's no vagina, the MC doesn't become more feminine nor does he decide to change pronouns. It's just a guy with boobs and that's how everyone treats you.
